The MedCentral Health System Foundation serves as the official fund raising arm of MedCentral Health System. As a public charity, we provide a means for people to make donations to help build a healthier community. Such gifts assure that the most modern, state-of-the-art equipment, facilities and programs will be available to provide the best health care services in North Central Ohio.

We are governed by a volunteer board of trustees who represent Richland and Crawford counties. These trustees oversee the foundation activities without compensation.

You may make a gift to honor or memorialize someone dear to you. You may also choose to designate your gift to be used by a specific department or nursing unit at MedCentral Health System.

To make a donation, please make your check payable to the "MedCentral Health System Foundation," and mail it to the address above. Please be sure to include the name and address of the person you are honoring, or in the case of a memorial contribution, the name and address of the next of kin.
